MAIL DIRECTLY TO ASPB MEMBERS THROUGH LIST RENTAL

The mailing list of ASPB members, who have not opted out of being listed, is supplied for a one-time mailing of materials. We agree that the aforementioned list rental is for one-time use and will not be duplicated in any manner or transferred to a third party. We agree that the mailing list provided will be used within 30 days of receipt. We understand that the use of this list in no way constitutes endorsement of any publication, product, service, organization, etc., by ASPB, its membership, sections, committees, or its publishing arm, and shall not be used in such a manner as to appear to be such an endorsement. We understand that the mailing piece will not exceed four to five pages. We understand that as per ASPB's privacy policy, the rented list DOES NOT include email addresses. We understand that the mailing list provided to us remains the property of the American Society of Plant Biologists and is only supplied for the specific mailing of materials approved by ASPB. Price for one-time list rental is $750.

We acknowledge that ASPB has the right to limit or refuse use of its mailing list in any manner chosen. We agree to this rental agreement and all rental charges.
