Big data? Help is available.. Plant research increasingly requires computational analysis of large and complex data sets. The iPlant Collaborative, a major computer infrastructure project of the National Science Foundation (http://www.iplantcollaborative.org/), provides a comprehensive look at its tools and services for large-scale data analysis. The free workshop is scheduled in Austin, TX just prior to the ASPB meeting on July 18-19, 2012 - for further information and registration visit https://www.iplantcollaborative.org/learn/events/2012/04/10/iplant-tools-and-services-workshop-ut-austin-july-18-19-2012
Note: This event is not associated with ASPB or with Plant Biology 2012.
